Terms of Service

Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using TradeField, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

The service

TradeField is provided on an early-access basis to help tradespeople and service companies manage bookings, jobs, customers, certificates, and team scheduling. Features may change, and the service is currently offered free of charge during early access.

Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring your team members comply with these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to access another organization's data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its security measures.
• Upload malicious code or send unsolicited communications through our systems.

Your content

You retain ownership of the business and customer data you submit toTradeField. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the service.

Third-party services

TradeField relies on third-party infrastructure for hosting, authentication, and email delivery. Your use of those features may also be subject to the terms of those providers.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" during early access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeField and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continued operation poses a security or legal risk. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but provisions that should survive will remain in effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are located in the United States, nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable U.S. law.
